I didn’t have to learn about the Charlotte market. I have lived here most of my life. I’ve watched it grow since I was 5 years old. Now my kids go to school here. I have loved this city for as long as I can remember.
In 2006 I committed myself to helping others call Charlotte Home. I got my Real Estate License shortly after we lost my mother-in-law to cancer. She had been an agent for 20+ years. In my eyes, she was a legend agent! I am honored to carry on her legacy.
My knowledge of the full real estate cycle far exceeds just the buying or selling experience. I understand homes from the inside out.

The Eye Of A Contractor
I’m married to a general contractor and together we’ve flipped numerous houses. It’s a true hobby for us. I know that finding the house and putting the contract in is only the first step. Getting the house through inspections and on to closing is where a lot of deals fall-through. The terminology can be intimidating. My experience allows me mitigate this and bring it down to a level that everyone understands.

As a former Wholesale Mortgage Broker, I have the knowledge to help you understand exactly what a lender is looking for from a mortgage applicant. I can typically advise you on what you can do to help speed up your loan process and gain approvals.

Not only have I taken apart many houses and put them back together, often, I help clients! I have helped paint, re-design space, re-counter, etc to get the house looking how they want it…..or get the house ready for listing, giving them an edge over their competition. I love being able to pass on my cutting edge design experience to help a new family fall in love with their home or see the potential in a fixer upper.
